Submission Guidelines Strasbourg International Film Festival accepts both French and English language films in their original language without subtitles, as well as films from around the global which are subtitled in either French or English. Since Strasbourg International Film Festival is a new festival the competition for filmmakers will probably not be as stiff as it might be at other more established festivals allowing your film better odds for acceptance. Send an email with the info listed below and pay through PayPal by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button or (or using info@StrasbourgFilmFest.com directly through PayPal), then send your film to the below address - the simple way! Submit through Withoutabox Right To Enter Entrants must have the legal right to enter project to Strasbourg International Film Festival. As the Director/Producer of the Film, entrants have submitted to the Festival, entrants represent and warrant to the Festival that the Film and all parts thereof are original; that the Film does not contravene the rights of any person or entity and that entrants own or control the Film and all parts thereof and have the sole authority to submit the Film to the Festival; the Film entrants submitted to the Festival is not subject to nor threatened by any litigation. Entrants acknowledge that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between the Festival and entrants, and entrants further acknowledge that no such relationship is established by these guidelines, my submission of the Film, or by the Festival's acceptance, review or retention of the Film. General Rules SUBTITLING Strasbourg International Film Festival will accept to screen a film: - WITHOUT subtitles IF the original language is French or English. - WITH French or English subtitles for all other original languages. If a film cannot be shown to the selection committee with subtitles and with prior consent, a film can be forwarded with a written script in English or French. SHIPPING All shipping costs are entirely borne by the producer or the sender. RETURN 35mm film prints will be returned to the sender at the producer or sender's expense. Following the screening, DVD are not returned to the sender by the Festival. IF YOUR FILM IS SELECTED -You will be contacted in mid July. -You must supply us with a 35mm print, DigiBeta or a DVD version depending on where your film screens.
